A container for radioactive waste protects a drum inside safely by supporting a plurality of drums by a buffer member. A housing(20) has an internal space(22) in which a drum is received. A cover(40) is coupled to the housing to cover the internal space of the housing. A buffer member(50) is coupled to the inner surface of the cover so that the cover is closely adhered to the upper surface of a drum(1) when the cover covers the internal space of the housing. The buffer member is made of the rubber material and compresses the drum when the cover covers the internal space of the housing. |
