A clear window is provided to prevent the waste of the fuel used up to remove ice formation of a windshield by the operation of a heater in a vehicle. For washing the windshield of a vehicle, dirt is removed by rising the water temperature in washing solution through a heater. An apparatus therefor comprises an aluminum bimetal, an electric wire, a charger case for electricity storage, a synthetic resin cover of a cleaning liquid vessel, a temperature/water temperature detection sensor, and a special rubber packing for blocking heat transfer between a charger and the heater, and to a lower part of the system. |
