<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form, on the same semiconductor substrate, a plurality of circuits that operate at different power supply voltages. <P>SOLUTION: A P-type semiconductor substrate 10 includes a first region AA and a second region BB. In the first region AA, a P-type MOS 22, an N-type MOS 32 and a P-type MOS 42 are formed, and in the second region BB, an N-type MOS 52 is formed. The P-type MOS 22 and the N-type MOS 32 constitute a circuit A, and the P-type MOS 42 and the N-type MOS 52 constitute a circuit B. A P well 60 of the N-type MOS 52 is electrically disconnected from the semiconductor substrate 10 by the N well 60. Thus a power supply voltage of 5.5 V-GND is supplied to the circuit A, and a power supply voltage of ±2.75 V can be supplied to the circuit B. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
