WIRELESS COMMUNICATION TERMINAL, SEMICONDUCTOR DEVICE, DATA COMMUNICATION METHOD AND WIRELESS COMMUNICATION SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a wireless LAN part and an NFC part used for short range wireless communication in one chip.

SOLUTION: This wireless communication terminal is configured by connecting the NFC part 115 to an AHB bus (CPU bus) 207 of the wireless LAN part 112 via an AHB interface (AHB I/F) 230 as an asynchronous interface. The wireless LAN part 112 and the NFC part 115 can be formed in one chip. A clock system of the wireless LAN part 112 is different from a clock system of the NFC part 115. An AHB I/F 230 absorbs difference in clock systems between the wireless LAN part 112 and the NFC part 115. The AHB I/F 230 has a writing register (W register), a reading register (R resistor) and an interruption status register (Int. Status register). The wireless LAN part 112 outputs data to the outside or acquires the data from the outside through the NFC part 115.
