FIELD: mechanics. ^ SUBSTANCE: high-pressure vessel incorporates shell. The open faces of the said shell elements are in an overlapping or abutting contact between themselves, the about joint areas being additionally fitted with, at least, one coupling overlapping ring. The overlapping contact between the aforesaid elements or between the said elements and the overlapping ring is ensured by a sealing adhesion layer, the size of overlapping of all aforesaid elements is calculated by the formula as follows, i.e. L>=pxD/(4xsigma), where p is the designed vessel destruction pressure, D is the maximum vessel diameter in the area of the adhesion joint, sigma is the designed polymerised adhesive layer shear strength, the load-bearing enclosure featuring a double overlapping of the aforesaid joints coming over to the vessel bottom. ^ EFFECT: simple high-pressure vessel design, ease of manufacture, higher assembly efficiency and lower production costs. ^ 4 cl, 8 dwg |
