<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize an acceleration-measuring apparatus capable of measuring acceleration corresponding to the direction and angle of inclination in a stick assembly. <P>SOLUTION: The acceleration-measuring apparatus includes: a housing 8M; the stick assembly 123M; a compression coil spring 3Aa; and electromagnetic converting elements 9AX1, 9AX2, 9AY1, 9AY2. The stick assembly 123M includes: an annular flange part 4Ab arranged close to the lower end of a stick 124M; a magnet 6M and a hemispherical holder 7M arranged at the lower end; and a weight 173 and a dome shaped cover 174 arranged at the upper end. The housing 8M includes a recessed spherical receiving seat 8Ma. In the stick assembly 123M, the holder 7M is supported by the receiving seat 8Ma, and the compression coil spring 3Aa pressurizes the flange part 4Ab from the upper part. The stick assembly 123M is tilted by force generated in the weight 173 when the acceleration is worked.
