PURPOSE:To uniformly form the phthalocyanine layer of the solar battery on a large area substrate by immersing an electrode film and an electrode for energization into a soln. prepd. by solubilizing phthalocyanine into an aq. micell soln. of a surfactant and energizing the film and the electrode. CONSTITUTION:Lithium bromide, etc., are added as a supporting electrolyte to the aq. soln. of the surfactant and further the phthalocyanine or metal phthalocyanine as a film forming material is added thereto. A colloidal soln. in which the fine particles of the phthalocyanine are enclosed by the surfactant is prepd. by an ultrasonic treatment, etc. A glass substrate with indium oxide.tin, etc., and platinum plate, etc., are immersed into this soln. Further, a satd. calomel electrode, etc., are immersed as a reference electrode into the soln. and an electrolysis is effected to form the phthalocyanine or the metal phthalocyanine layer. The electrode film of a thin film of Al, etc., is formed on this layer, by which the solar battery is produced. |
