PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a prepreg for composite laminated boards having a low linear expansion and punchability, a method for producing a composite laminated board, and the composite laminated board. SOLUTION: The method for producing a prepreg is provided. The method is to continuously produce the prepreg constituted of a first layer and a second layer and comprises a first process for impregnating a first resin material in a woven glass fabric and heat-drying the same, a second process for placing a nonwoven glass fabric on the woven glass fabric, impregnating a second resin material from the upper surface of the nonwoven glass fabric and heat-drying the same and a third process for forming the first layer prepared by the first process and the second layer prepared by the second process by processing the woven glass fabric and the nonwoven glass fabric.
