The battery has secondary cells, which are individually lined in a parallel manner, where rated voltage of the battery is identical with rated voltage of the secondary cells. The secondary cells are lithium ion battery cells or lithium polymer battery cells, and an active layer of a cathode electrode contains an element in the cells. The element is selected from lithium cobolt oxide, lithium nickel cobolt oxide, aluminum doped lithium nickel cobolt oxide, lithium manganese spinal and lithium iron phosphate. |
