摘要 <p>The invention relates to the separation of loose materials and can be used in the ore-processing industry for separating dispersed materials, and also in the building, chemical and other industries. The inventive method for the ionization separation of dispersed materials consists in supplying a dispersed material, prior to the grinding thereof, to drying in an upward hot air current, in forming an upward air current which is parallel to said upward hot air current and is enriched with negative air oxygen ions, in mixing said two upward air currents with the dispersed material flow, in bringing the material into a suspended state, in negatively charging dust-air mixture particles, in supplying said dust-air mixture to at least two areas of the action of a vertical DC electric field and in separating at least two fractions of the dispersed material or two chemically different materials from the dust-air mixture. Said method is carried out with the aid of a device for the ionization separation of dispersed materials, in which the ionization chamber is provided with at least one alpha-particle source and at least one mesh electrode which is connected to the negative pole of a DC voltage source. The air ionization chamber and a gas duct of a heat generator are positioned below a grinding unit. Said invention makes it possible to increase the separation performance and simultaneously to reduce the size of the device.</p>
