FIELD: chemistry; technological processes. ^ SUBSTANCE: device for cleaning gases of the Venturi type consists of a confuser, neck, diffuser, regulation insertion joined by a rod to an actuator, spray line, holder, installed in the diffuser. The regulation insertion made from elements, coaxially installed at a distance from each other. The outer element is immovably fixed to the rod by spokes, while the inner element is mounted on the rod with provision for linear displacement and has supports, located between spokes of the outer element. The spray line is made in form of a collector with acoustic burners. Each of the burners consists of a case with a generator of acoustic oscillations in form of a nozzle and resonator, pipes for letting in air and liquid inside it. The case is in form of a vertical cylindrical bushing, in the upper part of which there is pipe for letting in air and perpendicular to its axis, there is a pipe for letting in liquid. Inside the case, in line with it, a bushing is rigidly fixed, with upper and lower flanges. The lower flange is rigidly fixed in a cavity, made in the case, and inside the bushing, in line with it, there is a rod, at the end of which a ring shaped cavity resonator is pressed in, made in form of cup with a cone shaped surface, and at the tail-end part of the rod, there are locking discs, linked to the inner surface of the bushing. In the lower flange there is at least one nozzle at an angle to the axis of the resonator, the value of which lies in the interval 20°/40°. The extension of the axis of the nozzle lies within a circle, which is in the middle part of the cone shaped surface of the resonator. ^ EFFECT: reduced power input on cleaning gases. ^ 3 dwg |
