<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to accelerate the whirling speed of a gas-liquid mixed fluid and to reduce noise. <P>SOLUTION: A fine bubble generator 1 is provided with: a cylindrical hermetically-sealed body 10 having a hollow part sealed hermetically by a cylindrical wall part 11 formed into an almost cylindrical shape and cylindrical cap walls 12, 13 arranged at both sides of the cylindrical wall part 11; a guide wall 60 which has an almost hemispheric dish-like shape, is arranged inside the cylindrical hermetically-sealed body 10 and has a discharge opening 60a in the axial center thereof; a chamber 90 which is formed on the concave side 60b of the guide wall 60 and in which a whirling current of the gas-liquid mixed fluid is formed; a chamber 91 which is formed on the convex side of the guide wall 60 and from which the whirling current of the gas-liquid mixed fluid is jetted; a gas-liquid introduction hole 30 bored in the corresponding position of the cylindrical wall part 11 to the chamber 90; and a gas-liquid jetting hole 40 bored in the cylindrical cap wall 13 for dividing the chamber 91. The whirling current is formed by the gas-liquid mixed fluid to be supplied to the chamber 90 through the gas-liquid introduction hole 30 and minute air bubbles to be formed by the whirling current of the gas-liquid mixed fluid are jetted from the gas-liquid jetting hole 40 through the discharge opening 60a and the chamber 91. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
