The aim of the invention is to design a vessel stent in which the risk of restenosis is reduced without having to use anti-proliferative agents. Said aim is achieved by using a support made of a dimensionally stable material and one or more layers of a material that is resorbable in physical conditions and is based on crosslinked gelatin, said layer/s being disposed in at least some areas of the support. The adhesion between the support and the layer and/or between the individual layers can be eliminated.
