A pluripotent battery charger having an anode and a cathode is provided to charge all electronic products to one battery charger by unifying the battery charger of the electronic product. A pluripotent battery charger having an anode and a cathode include as follows. The flat battery is immediately charged if it has (+) pole and (-) pole and connects the power source and puts on the rechargeable battery on the pluripotent battery charger. It make the case into the insulator like the plastic so that beginning flow away at all even when the skin of man contacted. And the danger of electric shock is decreased because the surface of the battery charger is not all exposed to (+) pole and (-) pole and the surface is to some extent surrounded with insulator.
