SOLUTION: The self-propelled type pest controller, equipped with an application apparatus of vehicle speed interlock type, which is interlocked with a vehicle speed and automatically changes an application amount, is furnished with a memory storage [R] that previously stores the relational characteristics (A) between the trunnion arm operation angle of a traveling hydraulic continuously variable gear (16) on a road traveling as a standard and a vehicle speed pulse number; a slip ratio calculation means (S) for calculating the slip ratio of wheel, based on the stored relational characteristics (A) on road traveling and relational characteristics (B) between a trunnion arm operation angle obtained by a paddy field traveling in a field and a vehicle speed pulse number; and a display means (39) for displaying the calculated slip ratio on a controller display panel (21).
