PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a women's undergarment such as a girdle. SOLUTION: This women's undergarment such as a girdle has a front area (2), a back area (4), a leg area (8) which surrounds the femoral region, a waist area (6), and a sewn part (10) which extends from an area (9) above the crotch to the waist area (6) along the vertical central line (S-S) of the back area (4). The garment is made preferably of one sheet or a plurality of sheets of the cut piece of a contractible fiber material. The sewn part (10) is formed to be expandable in the area (9) above the crotch and an area extending from the waist area (6) to a central back area (14), and formed to be unexpandable in an area placed between the areas and forming a hip area.
