PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiper having an excellent cleaning performance and preventing easy generation of static electricity when cleaning. SOLUTION: This anti-static wiper is formed of a fiber sheet essentially consisting of lyocell staple fibers, the fiber sheet is integrated as a whole by entangling the lyocell staple fibers with each other, the fiber sheet has conductive yarns disposed at an appropriate interval, and the lyocell staple fibers constituting the fiber sheet are entangled with the conductive yarns to fix the conductive yarns in the fiber sheet.
