PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic feeding device automatically and periodically feeding in accordance with the sublimation rate of a volatile solid when the care of ornamental fish or small animal is impossible by the absence for a long period by trip or business. SOLUTION: A spring release door 8 bonded with a cellophane 7 and a volatile material 4 are attached to a main body 1 of the feeding device partitioned with a partition plate 2 to enable the automatic and periodical feeding in accordance with the sublimation rate of the volatile material 4 without degrading the component of the feed.
