PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a metallic sheet electrolyzing treating device capable of subjecting a metallic sheet to electrolyzing treatment at a high speed without causing the unevenness of a film and the burning of electrolysis. SOLUTION: Via a connecting part 34 formed approximately on the center of the upper part of an electrode part 30 on the surface side of an electrode 28 for oxidation treatment, the electrode part 30 on the surface side is connected to a cathode of a power source with a bus bar 42, and the electrode part 30 on the surface side and an electrode part 32 on the back side are integratedly connected by a connecting part 36 formed on one end. The connecting parts 34 and 36 are coated with coating members 38 and 40 composed of insulating materials and are not substantially acted as electrodes, so that the unevenness of a film and the burning of electrolysis are not generated on an aluminum sheet 18. Moreover, the current density of a material 28 is increased, and the execution of oxidized film treatment at a high speed is made possible.
