<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hood structure for vehicle capable of reducing the head injury criteria (HIC) in a hood, in particular of large size, effectively with a simple structure. <P>SOLUTION: The hood 1 for vehicle is equipped with a hood outer 2 constituting the extra-body surface of the hood 1 covering an engine room 6, a hood inner 3 arranged on the reverse surface of the hood outer 2, an insulator 4 for suppressing transmission to outside of sounds generated in the engine room 6, and an inter-cooler duct 5 to guide and feed the external air flowed into the engine room 6 to the inter-cooler.
