PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a mechanism for locking a seat part with its posture freely changeable between using/non-using postures to be in the using posture or in the non-using posture. SOLUTION: A guide groove comprises a posture-changing groove part for changing the posture of the seat part between the using/non-using postures by moving an engagement part and a posture-keeping groove part extending from one end part of the posture-changing groove part to keep the seat part in the using posture by engaging the engagement part. A locking member is provided for a seat support for locking the engagement part of the seat support so as not to move from the posture-keeping groove part of the guide groove to the posture-changing groove part side by engaging with a lock part for locking provided on a lower surface side of the seat part. The locking member is designed to regulate the posture change of the seat part to the using posture by engaging with the posture-changing groove part of the guide groove when the seat part is in the non-using posture.
