A method for making pattern for panel and a panel using the same are provided to obtain smooth surface texture and to prevent discoloration about the pattern. A method for making pattern for panel comprises: a color tone coating step coating the panel for furniture upper side with the color(S1); a pattern forming step which directly prints pattern on the upper side on which the color is applied and forms a shape(S3); and a coating layer formation step forming the coating layer in which the implemented pattern is visually exposed to the whole upper surface of the panel for furniture(S5). The printing method of pattern is the screen printing.
