PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roll for transferring and molding a microlens, which enables a microlens pattern to be efficiently formed by a simple constitution, a method and an apparatus for manufacturing the roll, and an optical microlens sheet thereof.

SOLUTION: This roll 1 for transferring and molding the microlens is used for transferring and molding the plurality of microlenses on a sheet. A plurality of microlens molding surfaces 5 are arranged at regular pitch intervals along a single spiral 6 with the central axis as the axis of the roll on the outer peripheral surface of the roll.
