PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooker which can display the heated surface which is the inferior face of the heated object for cooking. SOLUTION: This cooker comprises an exothermic layer 112 which is equipped in the inferior surface of a plate glass 110a used as a base material and generates heat by conducting, a heating glass plate 110 with visible light permeability which heats the heated object laid on the top through the plate glass 110a by heating of the exothermic layer 112 and a reflecting mirror equipment 160 which, for example, visually displays the state of the heated surface of the heated object laid on the top face of the heating glass plate 110.
