PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate negative image for winning a sudden probability variable big win in a normal game of a probability variable state, and to decrease disappointment of a player when the player gets the sudden probability variable big win in the normal game of the probability variable state. SOLUTION: In a game machine, a normal state occurs after the completion of the jackpot state when a classification determining means determines a first jackpot state. In the normal game state, winning probability of lottery by a lottery means is normal. When the classification determining means determines a second jackpot state, a probability variable state occurs after the completion of a jackpot state which is less advantageous to the player than the jackpot state. In the probability variable state, winning probability of lottery by the lottery means is higher than that of the normal state. When the classification determining means determines the second jackpot state during the probability variable state, a symbol variation means displays a symbol variation pattern performance, which may notify a player of the first jackpot state, on a symbol display means.
