PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it is conventionally hard in stability to allow a magnet, iron, steel, etc., to stand still in the air by using magnetism and its repulsion force and suction force. SOLUTION: The magnets or electromagnets disposed in a ring shape around an acrylic tube, etc., are arranged at interval in the upper and lower parts of the tube.
