PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-vehicle speaker structure for relatively simply acquiring high sound quality which is the performance of a speaker itself at low cost, while subjecting the in-vehicle speaker to many restrictions. SOLUTION: This in-vehicle speaker structure is configured by mounting a speaker on the door of a vehicle, and a space between an outside door body and an inside inner panel is constituted as a speaker box, and the speaker whose periphery is provided with a bus reflex port communicating with the space is mounted on the inner panel.
