PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a fastening negligence prevention device capable of preventing fastening negligence of a member to be fastened. SOLUTION: When the prescribed number of members to be fastened is fastened by the prescribed number of times, whether the members to be fastened are fastened by the prescribed number of times or not is checked in this fastening negligence prevention device. A torque sensor 21 puts out a signal when a torque at the time of fastening the members to be fastened reaches a torque upon the completion of fastening, and an angle sensor 22 puts out a signal when a rotational angle at the time of fastening the members to be fastened reaches a predetermined angle. When the signal of the torque sensor 21 is earlier than that of the angle sensor 22, a CPU 31 judges that there is re-fastened overlapped fastening.
