摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely calculate an operation amount of each voltage regulator in consideration of effects of the regulators according to ever-changing states of power distribution lines so as to keep a voltage of the entire power distribution line within a proper range. <P>SOLUTION: A voltage-reactive power optimization calculation means 13 executes the voltage-reactive power optimization calculation to solve a mixed-integer quadratic programming problem so as to minimize a square sum of a difference between a power distribution line voltage and a voltage target value of each voltage management node based on a voltage change amount due to an operation amount of each regulator as a constraint condition while using an operation amount of each voltage regulator as a variable on the basis of state data of each voltage regulator and data of a power distribution line load current and a power distribution line voltage or the like obtained by an input means 12. A power flow distribution computation means 14 computes a power flow distribution of a power distribution system 20 on the basis of the voltage-reactive power optimization calculation result. A convergence determination means 15 determines convergence of a power distribution line voltage of each node whenever repeating the voltage-reactive power optimization calculation and the power flow distribution computation.
