<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an occupant of a vehicle from feeling incongruity in acceleration in accelerating the vehicle after an end of vehicle speed limiting/controlling by varying an acceleration degree in response to a travelling situation of the vehicle in acceleration after the end of the vehicle speed limiting/controlling. <P>SOLUTION: When an end condition of the vehicle speed limiting/controlling is satisfied (Step 320), an inclination slope Gslope of a travelling road is estimated on the basis of a steady component of a forward/backward acceleration Gx (Step 330), a correction factor Kg is calculated on the basis of the slope Gslope of the travelling road (Step 340), a target acceleration Gxat of the vehicle is calculated on the basis of a vehicle speed V (Step 350), a target speed Vat is calculated as a sum of a product of the factor Kg, the acceleration Gxat, and a cycle time Tc of control by a flowchart shown in Fig.3 and a target speed Vat(n-1) of the vehicle in the cycle (Step 360), and driving/breaking power of each wheel is controlled so that the vehicle speed V reaches the vehicle speed Vat (Step 370). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
