PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for surely performing up to the final disposal of a separation object and a by-product, by efficiently separating an asbestos-including spraying layer by using water. SOLUTION: This processing method is composed of (1) a process of separating by spraying high pressure water on the asbestos-including spraying layer, (2) a process of compressing and molding the separation object in a coexistent state of a silicone resin emulsion, and a process of adding the solid content in compression molding of the process (2) by recovering the solid content included in the generated water. This invention adopts the method such as performing separation work of the process (1) after arranging a process of spraying the silicone resin emulsion before the process (1) or adding the silicone resin emulsion to the separation object in the process (2), for putting the separation object in a silicone resin coexistent state in the process (2), and can also simultaneously use a means such as adding iron oxide powder to the high pressure water used in the process (1) and adding calcium oxide in the process (2).
