PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensively-manufacturable concealing sheet excellent in printing characteristics, which enables the easy and sure performance of an opening operation. SOLUTION: A sheet formed by bonding upper and lower sheets 11 and 12 together is partitioned into two areas, that is, the first and second areas 21 and 22 by a fold line 13. An information entry column 25 is provided inside a cutting line 14 which is formed along a peripheral edge of the upper sheet 11. In the first area 21, the upper and lower sheets 11 and 12 are bonded to be capable of being stuck after separation via a release agent layer 31 and an adhesive layer 32 on the outside with respect to the cutting line 14. In the second area 22, the upper and lower sheets 11 and 12 are bonded together in a pseudo manner so as to make resticking difficult after the separation, via the release agent layer 31 and the adhesive layer 33 on the outside with respect the cutting line 14.
