PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerating cycle device comprising a refrigerant pipe, and a pulsation reducer disposed in a refrigerant circuit and having an expansion chamber reducing fluid pressure pulsation of the refrigerant flowing in the refrigerant circuit, and capable of stably reducing the fluid pressure pulsation of the refrigerant even when reduction property of the fluid pressure pulsation of the pulsation reducer is changed in accompany with the change of an acoustic velocity in the refrigerant. SOLUTION: The refrigerant circuit 2a has a passage length changing portion 8 disposed between a discharge portion 1a of a compressor 1 and the pulsation reducer 3. The pulsation reducer 3 has the expansion chamber for reducing the fluid pressure pulsation of the refrigerant flowing in the refrigerant circuit 2a. The passage length changing portion 8 is composed of a bifurcation 9 as a passage switching means disposed at a discharge portion 1a of the compressor 1, a confluence disposed at a pulsation reducer 3 side, and first to third branch pipes 11-13 forming the refrigerant passage between the bifurcation 9 and the confluence.
