PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display control device, method, and program capable of reducing blur of a moving image. SOLUTION: AΔΣmodulation part 32-1 performs pulse density modulation of an input signal of a moving image. A movement compensation part 51-1 of a frame interpolation part 34 performs motion compensation of each pulse of a pulse density modulated signal which is a signal of the moving image resulting from the pulse density modulation. The frame interpolation part 34 drives a display device 36 like an LCD or a PDP by the pulse density modulated signal of which each pulse has been subjected to the motion compensation.
