PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber composition capable of improving both the gripping performance and wear resistance and provide a tire using it. SOLUTION: Provided is a rubber composition comprising an aromatic vinyl-conjugated diene copolymer (A) having a structure represented by chemical formula (I) at the molecular chain terminals.
