PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that regulating an air amount in a conventional underfloor outlet is not easy, and although there is an outlet of a rotating speed regulating type incorporating a blower, but in a quiet room, the noise is noticeable, and to solve the problem that the feet are particularly cooled during cooling because the blowout direction for cooling and heating could not be changed. SOLUTION: In this underfloor outlet, a person can easily and freely regulate the air amount as strong, medium, weak, or steplessly by rotatingly moving a blowout grille 1 of the outlet a little by the toe of a shoe or a slipper in a state of the outlet being mounted on the floor. The blowout grille can be easily detached during cooling and heating, and the blowout direction of the front face side and the back side can be switched in the perpendicular direction (cooling) and horizontal direction (heating). During cooling, air is slowly blown upward in the horizontal direction and naturally dropped by a difference in specific gravity, and during heating, air is blown horizontally and rises naturally by a difference in specific gravity, so that a remarkably comfortable feeling can be obtained.
