PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combustion method of emulsion fuel and its combustion device capable of properly igniting and extinguishing emulsion fuel. SOLUTION: This combustion device comprises a hood portion 10 of a burning port, an air supply tube 13, an air blower 14, a burner nozzle 20 for emulsion fuel, a supply pipe 22 disposed in the hood portion 10 in a wound state, an emulsion fuel supply device 30, a burner nozzle 40 for oil fuel, an oil fuel supply device 50, and a control device 60 controlling each of fuel supply devices 30, 50 so that the burner nozzle 40 for oil fuel is ignited, then the burner nozzle 20 for emulsion fuel is ignited, and the burner nozzle 40 for oil fuel is extinguished thereafter in ignition, and the burner nozzle 40 for oil fuel is ignited, then the burner nozzle 20 for emulsion fuel is extinguished, and the burner nozzle 40 for oil fuel is extinguished thereafter in extinction.
