A pipe partial compensation apparatus is provided to compensate the roundness of the pipe using a partial compensation unit by a main body member, a guide unit and a traveling unit being included and entering the pipe inside. A pipe partial compensation apparatus comprises as follows, a traveling unit(200) having the motor driving type driving measure going by boat along to of the pipe, and outside; a revolution unit(130) rotating a revolution frame based on the traveling unit; a main body member(100) in which the partial compensation means which is installed with the revolution unit in the top and lower part of the rotating revolution frame and moves the pressing instrument(119) is equipped; and a guide unit(300) which is installed at the front of the main body member and implements the wheel structure like tricycle with the traveling unit.
