摘要 A high impact resistance polypropylene clay nano composite resin is provided to strengthen a mechanical property, especially, an impact property through a chemical bond of the compositions and to save the costs, compared with a preexisting polypropylene nano-composite material. A high impact resistance polypropylene clay nano composite resin comprises (A) a poly propylene resin 70 ~ 85 weight; (B) a cardanol-clay composite 5 ~ 15 weight% obtained by reacting cardanol extracted from a cashew nut shell and natural layered clay; and (C) a poly propylene resin 10 ~ 20 weight% grafted with maleic anhydride.
