PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display information in a narrow space with required display size, by scanning with a laser beam. SOLUTION: The vehicular display unit 1 comprises a design member 10, and a display instrument 20 integrally provided on the design member 10 and displaying first information about a vehicle on a front surface side of the design member 10; and is mounted on the vehicle. The display unit 1 comprises a laser display means 30, which is provided in front of the design member 10 and irradiates the laser beam, as if scanning, to a required area on the front surface of the design member 10 to display second information different from a display target of the display instrument 20.
