<p>Provided is an irreversible circuit element comprising, sequentially from the bottom in a pair of metal cases, an earth plate having a plurality of outward projections, a resin member having a hole portion, through which the earth plate is exposed, a garnet plate arranged in the hole portion of the resin member, a microstrip line member arranged over the main face of the garnet plate, a partition member arranged over the microstrip line member, and a permanent magnet arranged over the partition member. The outward projections of the earth plate protrudes at least partially through the hole portion of the resin member as far as the upper face of the partition member, and is folded to wrap the garnet plate, the microstrip line member and the partition member.</p> |
