A clean water-processing apparatus using an electro-chemistry is provided to be used as a pre-treating agent by removing an ammoniacal nitrogen, to decrease usage of an inorganic agglutinable agent like a chlorine and to remove efficiently a THMs which is a disinfection byproduct causing cancers. A clean water-processing apparatus(300) comprises a water reservoir(30), a first plate(100), a second plate(110) and a DC power supply(200). An inlet port(10) is installed in one side of the water reservoir and the dewatering outlets(20) is installed at an opposite side the water reservoir. The first plates are installed with a regular interval within the water reservoir. The second plate is installed between the first plates and. One output terminal of the DC power supply unit is connected to the first plates and the other output terminal of the DC power supply unit is connected to the second plate. The DC power supply unit exchanges polarities of both output terminals and controls an output voltage and a current. |
