<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an induction heating cooker capable of detecting the temperature of a pan by using an infrared ray, and of eliminating a risk that the temperature of oil for cooking fried food largely exceeds a set value in a preheating process. <P>SOLUTION: This induction heating cooker includes: the pan 1 for storing the oil for cooking fried food; a heating coil 3 heating the pan 1; a top plate 2 holding the pan 1; an infrared detection means 5 detecting infrared rays from the pan 1; a temperature detection means 6 detecting the temperature of the pan 1 from the output of the infrared detection means 5; an operation part 7 setting and inputting a cooking temperature condition; and a control means 8 controlling the temperature of the oil to be set at a set value by changing over the output of the heating coil 3 in the lower direction at a preset temperature in the preheating process of the oil by the output of the temperature detection means 6 and the set temperature by the operation part 7. Thereby, the temperature of the pan is accurately detected by using the infrared rays, and the temperature of the oil is controlled to be set at the set value in the preheating process of the oil for cooking fried food, whereby the risk that the oil largely exceeds the set temperature is prevented, and its safe use is carried out. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
