PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a service provision method is limited in a service provision system for providing a service to an IP telephone device using a network protocol. SOLUTION: The IP telephone device 100 of a service providing side notifies a service delivery method by using a MESSAGE method of an SIP to the IP telephone device 200 on a service receiving side through a network 700. The notified IP telephone device 200 on the service receiving side recognizes a URL described in the text description part of the MESSAGE method, accesses a service provision server 300 described in the URL and acquires files and data provided as the service.
