<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mixed tea by which one can easily enjoy a red wine-like color and taste and which is produced by using fermented grape fruit skin seeds as the main raw material. <P>SOLUTION: The mixed tea is produced by drying the fermented grape fruit skin seeds, generated in a compressing and squeezing step in the manufacturing of red wine, until the water content of the same becomes lower than 10%, and thereafter crushing the same, and adding and mixing auxiliary raw materials, such as, crushed herbs and sweeteners into the same. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
