PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new therapeutic agent useful for therapy and prevention of several ischemic diseases. SOLUTION: The promotor for vascularization after ischemia comprises a quercetin glucoside represented by general formula (1) (wherein, Glc represents a glucose residue; and n is 0 or an integer of≥1) as an active ingredient. Preferably, quercetin glycoside of n=3 is contained, the total of quercetin glycoside of n=1-3 is≥50 mol% and the total of quercetin glycoside of n≥4 is≤15 mol%. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
