Concrete workbench for manufacturing and assembling of larger and heavy objects i.e. sandwich parts, in automobile industry, has table board with working surface formed by overhead usage layer, which is made of epoxy resin

The workbench has a subframe (1) i.e. support element, and a table board (2) with layers and a working surface, where the workbench is designed as a stationary structure. The working surface of the board is formed by an overhead usage layer (8), which is made of epoxy resin. The table board has a bottom carrier layer (7), which is adjacent to the overhead usage layer, and a fill layer (9). The fill layer lies between the carrier layer and the usage layer. The carrier layer is formed from a carrier element i.e. delicate cover element, and the fill layer is made from hardened fluid concrete. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a concrete workbench.
