PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a signal distribution apparatus capable of controlling the level of a signal outputted from a distributor. SOLUTION: A signal distribution apparatus provided in a tuner 10 comprises demodulators DEMODa and DEMODb, a voltage comparator CMP1, a switch SW1, a wideband amplifier AMP1, and a balun 21, wherein the level of an inputted signal is amplified by the wideband amplifier AMP, first and second states where the level of the input signal becomes values different from each other, are switched by the switch SW1, and the switching is controlled by the voltage comparator CPM1 in accordance with the voltage value of an inputted control voltage.
