PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for reducing a blind spot by using a plurality of image pickup devices. SOLUTION: This control device is provided with a shadow region specification part for specifying a shadow region generated by the emitted rays of light based on the image content of an image in a region including at least a portion of an image pickup region by a first image pickup part irradiated with the rays of light in almost the same direction as the image pickup direction of the first image pickup part and a control part for controlling the image pickup conditions of the other image pickup part of the first image pickup part, and for controlling the other image pickup part to image the region including the shadow region.
