PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a vehicle side surface from getting dirty while suppressing the deterioration of aesthetic appearance. SOLUTION: The step structure for the cab-over type vehicle comprises a step 17 provided under a cab 11 of the cab-over type vehicle 10 and on a front side part of a front wheel 12, a step wall 19 provided under the step 17, a ventilating hole portion formed on the step wall 19, and a wall-shaped splash guard provided behind the step wall 19 and extending in a width direction of the vehicle 10.
